Job Title: Technical Analyst
Expected Start Date: 08/1/2010
Expected Duration (mo): 18, consultant with option to hire
Rate: Market, salary expectation $90-110K plus bonus
International travel required.
Position description: Provide technical expertise and leadership for the Oracle Core HRMS with Employee & Manager Self Service and iRecruitment.  Configure, implement and maintain complex environments. Key customers include I/S application development group, I/S Project Managers,  functional users and third party application service providers.
Application & Database Environment
• Provide on-going HR support for both production and multiple development environments, including iRecruitment, Core HR, Employee & Manager Self Service, application processes, future capacity planning, data integrations, and etc
• Provides governance for HR application environment standards (e.g., , backup/recovery standards, disaster recovery strategy, monitoring tools, etc.).
• Establishes application security standards. Implements security solutions across the HR application environment.
• Collaborates and consults with I/S business platforms to coordinate the development and deployment of  HR applications worldwide.
• Develop and implement backup/recovery strategy for HR application environments.  Perform recovery test sessions with vendors.
• Monitor performance of application environments.   Perform tuning of  HR applications when necessary.
• Create and maintain data integrations
Oracle 12 e-Business Application Support
• Function as HR Application System Administrator to provide daily support
• Migrate customized interface codes or configurations to various development environments
• Produce processes, reports, and other evidence to ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley and other audit and compliance requirements
• Off hour support required.
Experience Required:
6+ years as a HR Oracle Technical Analyst
6+ years of implementing and supporting Oracle 11i E Business applications, Oracle 10g Application Server  and Oracle database
8+ year of technology experience
Experience Preferred:
Knowledge about Oracle iLearning, Performance Management, Compensation WorkBench a plus.
Converse in Chinese a plus
Required Technology Skills:
• Oracle 12 e-Business Suite
• Oracle Database
• Oracle Application Server (10gAS)
• Unix shell script
• SQL/PL SQL
Preferred Technology Skills:
• Delivers work and solutions on time, on budget and in a team environment that builds trust and respect.
• Good communications skills in build trusting partnership with technology team members and other technology resources which are needed to interface with to deliver solutions.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Excellent negotiation and issue resolution skills.
• Ability to grasp technical concepts quickly, solid ability to translate technical verbiage into easily understandable language for the customer.
• Knowledge of IBM hardware platforms preferred.
• Development lifecycle and methodology understanding
• Change control discipline
• QA Testing Experience
• Relational Modeling Experience, Data Warehouse experience a plus
• Single Sign-on experience
